While traveling up north to Maine, Victor catches up with Historian, Artist and Musician William (Bill) Lloyd Duncan. After Bill graduated from the University of Maine in Presque Isle and while continuing his education at the Vermont College of Fine Arts, he found his niche.

As a historian, Bill has been researching information related to the early settlement in the areas of New Sweden, Stockholm, Connor, and Woodland. That led him to combine his passions and his professions.
